Paul Lanagan is our principal consultant. Paul has thirty years experience in engineering and management, with masters degrees and diplomas in business administration and engineering and a Certificate IV in workplace training and assessment. He is a certified six sigma blackbelt, experienced in business process improvement using lean enterprise and six sigma tools. Paul is a certified by RABQSA and IRCA as an ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems auditor.
